We’re taking our house remodel up a notch – building up and out. The challenge this presents – we need a place to stay. So, why not convert existing square footage into livable space? We turned to our pole barn. A blank canvas of sorts. During the winter of 2011 to the end of summer 2012, we created a 600sqft apartment, complete with a self-sustaining composting toilet. We’ll be moving in Fall of 2013. Should be some good content to come.
